Integrated Food and Nutrition Security Programme (IFNSP)
The IFNSP objective was to prevent malnutrition through improved food security and livelihood, hygiene and sanitation and nutrition interventions (improved nutrition practice) in Wau County and Raga County in Western Bahr el Ghazal State
• The project reached 1,800HHs (estimated 12,600 individuals) through FSL, 4,800 individuals through nutrition messages and 2,200HHs (estimated 15,400 individuals) through sanitation improvements that gave a total of 22,700 individuals as direct beneficiary of the project (the calculation of direct beneficiaries assumed that about half of the beneficiaries for nutrition overlapped with FSL or sanitation interventions.
