1. The Project Is Enhancing Nutritional Outcomes For 14,087 Women Of Reproductive Age And 12,367 Children Under Five Years To Benefit From Increased Access To Nutritious Food, Safe Water To Improve Their Hygiene And Feeding Practices
2. The Project Is Also Enhancing Nutrition And Care Practices, Access To Diverse Nutritious Food, Safe Water And Better Services, By Addressing Root Causes Of Under Nutrition, Including Harmful Social Norms And Strengthening Capacity Of The County Nutrition Departments.
